returns & refunds

i want you to love what you get. and if something's not right, sorting it out shouldn't be a whole thing.

exchanges & returns

exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

not happy with your order? no stress — easy returns and exchanges, no hassle.

the piece has to come back:

• unworn
• unwashed
• tags still on, exactly as they arrived
• in its original packaging

who covers the courier

• exchange — free. i cover the courier, both ways.
• return for a refund — the delivery fee is on you, since the courier has to come back out for it.

exchanges

swaps depend on what's in stock. chapters are limited runs — if your size is gone, i'll refund you instead.

if i sent you the wrong thing

a wrong item or a manufacturing fault is on me, not you. message me with your order number and a couple of photos and i'll make it right — no delivery fee on you, either way.

this doesn't cover damage that happens after delivery, or normal wear.

what i can't take back

• worn or washed pieces
• pieces without their tags
• damage caused after delivery
• custom or made-to-order pieces

after 7 days, the order is final.

refunds

every order is cash on delivery, so refunds go out by instapay, mobile wallet, or bank transfer — whichever works for you.

once a return is approved, i'll send the refund and let you know the moment it's out.

changed your mind?

you can cancel your order yourself within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't left the studio yet — open your account and hit cancel.

once it's with the courier, cancelling isn't an option anymore — but the 7-day window below still has you covered.
