At Meilo, we want you to love what you receive 💙
If something feels wrong, we’ll always do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • Tags and original packaging are still intact

  • The item is in its original condition

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Washed items

  • Worn items

  • Damaged products caused after delivery

  • Customized or special-order items

Exchanges

Need another size or color?
We offer exchanges based on stock availability.

Shipping fees for exchanges may apply.

Refunds

Refunds are available if:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived with a manufacturing defect

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or via bank transfer/wallet transfer when applicable.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For Cash on Delivery orders above 5000 EGP, a small deposit may be required to confirm the order before shipping.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (if there’s an issue)

  • The reason for return or exchange

Important Notes

  • Return requests outside the allowed period may not be accepted.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.

  • During drops, launches, or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
