Orders

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

All orders are cash on delivery. You pay the courier when the order reaches you.

Meilo reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases including:

  • Incorrect pricing
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incomplete customer information
  • Product unavailability

Shipping

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping conditions.

Meilo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • National holidays
  • Incorrect customer information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Returns & Refunds

Exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges are free — Meilo covers the courier both ways. On a return for a refund, the return delivery fee is paid by the customer.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached exactly as they arrived, and in their original packaging.

A wrong item or a manufacturing fault is covered by Meilo with no delivery fee on the customer. After 7 days, the order is final. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, graphics, logos, visuals, text, and branding — belongs to Meilo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

User Conduct

You agree not to:
