how you pay

cash on delivery. you pay the courier at the door — nothing before that.

changed your mind?

you can cancel your order yourself within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't left the studio yet — open your account and hit cancel.

you'll get a confirmation the moment your order is placed, and an update when it's on the way. want to know where it is? message me.

your address

please double-check your address and phone number before you confirm. i can't cover delays or failed deliveries caused by details that were wrong or incomplete.

if the courier can't reach you after repeated attempts, the order comes back to me and i'll message you to sort it out.

delays

sometimes things run late — courier backlogs, weather, holidays, a big drop. if your order is taking longer than it should, message me and i'll chase it.

returns

exchanges and returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. exchanges are free — i cover the courier. on a return for a refund, the courier fee is on you. full details on returns & refunds.
